01 — Why we are building Ascera

Ascera began with a simple recognition.

Capable people were entering profound identity inflection points without a durable map. Self-help could inspire them. Coaching could support them. AI could respond to them. But none of it had been architected as long-term mentorship.

From that thesis, we built the team the work required — product, brand, technology, and operations. Four senior operators, assembled around one conviction: this work deserves to be built well, and nobody else had built it.
